What this service is
Basement Fix Pros is an information and matching service for Pennsylvania homeowners. We publish educational content about basement waterproofing and foundation water problems, and we pass homeowner requests to independent local professionals who may contact you about an estimate.
What this service is not
We are not a licensed contractor, engineer or inspector. We do not perform waterproofing, excavation, plumbing, structural or remediation work, and we do not supervise the professionals who contact you. Any agreement for work is strictly between you and that contractor.

Cost ranges, method comparisons and diagnostic guidance on this site are general information for Pennsylvania homeowners. They are not an offer, a quote, or a substitute for an on-site assessment. Actual prices vary based on basement size, foundation type, water source, access, drainage requirements, excavation needs and chosen waterproofing method.
